What the site does not cover

Commercial-to-residential conversions (different planning regime, different VAT treatment).
Equestrian and livery buildings (not agricultural for Class Q).
Touring caravan-to-dwelling cases (Caravan Act, not GPDO).
Outdoor agricultural infrastructure (silos, slurry stores, etc.).
